What if I order a watch that does not meet my expectations on delivery?
At Anytime, you have 14 days right of return. This allows you to return the item within 14 days upon delivery and receive a full refund – if the item is returned unworn and in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I'm a turist in EU, can i get a VAT refund?
Anytime is not a member of Global Blue or simlar VAT refund services. For this reason we are unable to provide you VAT refund services at this time.

Do you sell spare parts (e.g. straps)?
We will gladly provide you with a new strap if your watch has been purchased at our website. If your watch was purchased through another retailer, we cannot assist you with spare parts as it is a huge administrative task to order and supply spare parts for different models. Remember to state your order number when you make an inquiry.

Can I visit your shop to see the watches in person?
Yes, you are always welcome to visit our shop at Nørregade 28, Vejle to take a look at our selection of watches.

Is the watch equipped with a battery at delivery?
Yes, all our watches are equipped with batteries. Most manufacturers install the batteries during production. In addition, prior to dispatch, we always check to see if the watch is running and set the time.  

Do you sell and buy used watches?
No, we only sell brand new watches and do not acquire second-hand watches.

Are watches purchased through your website delivered in boxes?
Yes, all our watches are delivered in official presentation boxes – no different to buying a watch from our shop. Some brands may not provide us with official presentation boxes (the case with price-friendly Casio watches), thus these watches are delivered in a presentation box from Anytime as we do not sell watches without delivering them in presentation boxes.

Do all your watches come with a manufacturer´s warranty?
Yes, all our watches are subject to a full manufacturer´s warranty and come with a stamped guarantee certificate. We are an official and trusted retailer and rest assured that your new watch is fully covered against manufacturing defects (typically for 2 years).

Are you an official retailer of all the watches on the website?
Yes, we are an official retailer of all our products. In contrast to many online retailers, we have not purchased our products from grey-market sources. NB: Refrain from purchasing items from non-official retailers as they are not in a position to deal directly with manufacturers – e.g. they cannot supply spare parts from the manufacturer. In addition, watches purchased from non-official retailers are not subject to a manufacturer´s warranty.

Do you have all watches in stock?
As we offer a very assorted range of watches, we do not have all watches in stock; however, we always have the most popular models in stock.

Who do you use to ship packages?
We ship all orders using DHL Express and you are expected to sign for the receipt of your order.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship to every country within the European Union.

Can I order over the phone?
As we do not accept credit card information over the telephone, you cannot place an order over the phone.

Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)? 
No. Due to a large number of unclaimed parcels that resulted in an increase in expenses, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD) as a method of payment.

Is delivery free of charge?
Yes. At Anytime, delivery is free of charge.

Can you deliver to my place of employment?
Yes, we are happy to deliver the parcel to your place of employment or an alternative address – just remember to enter an alternative delivery address when ordering.

How long does delivery take?
On every product page, an estimated delivery time is indicated. If multiple items are ordered with different delivery estimates, we will ship all the items together. When we have shipped the item(s), delivery should take place the following business day.

I have not received my order?
When your order has been completed, it will appear on our website and an automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address that you registered in the order form. If you do not receive this email and it is not located in your spam folder, your order has probably not gone through. Please contact us if you have any doubts or questions.
